OUR SYSTEM

Our System has remained unchanged since our inception. As the backbone of our overall solution, our System aligns Values, Behaviours, and Emotions in a manner which allows the actual manufacture of engagement across all stakeholder categories.

All three elements of Human Personality seamlessly integrated into one holistic System that will diagnose and solve the only three Engagement Issues an organization  will ever have:

Our Model has undergone years of refinement and has evolved into an elegant process, supported by a proprietary set of tools, that allows for a Corporate Culture, and the level of Engagement that results, to be built and shaped, not left to chance.

Of course, not all triggers can be prevented. A growing enterprise faces challenges daily and requires a method by which to deal with those.This is where we incorporate our CAAS (Coaching As A Service) Program known as SPIRAL. Key members of your team will check-in via their desktop or mobile device to determine their current level of engagement. Results are captured for monthly coaching sessions and those who are in an acute state of disengagement are contacted immediately and “micro-coached” back into a state of higher performance.

More powerful than Core Values can ever be, Functional & Frictional Values represent your Culture at both it’s the highest state, as well as the specific set of beliefs that your organization must actively repel in order to remain intact. Once established these Values form the Culture Line against which all stakeholders and decisions regarding them are measured.

Next, we determine the Behavioural Profile of everyone in your organization in an effort to immediately and permanently improve communication. We construct User Manuals; a single page tool that outlines how best to “use” everyone in your organization.

If people are used more appropriately, they are emotionally triggered less, preventing the chance of them dropping into a state of disengagement.
